I have been collecting Cornish minerals most of my life, and for the past 20 years  cassiterite in particular. I am trying to build up a collection containing specimens from as many mines in Cornwall and Devon as possible. There is still good collecting out there but so many sites, particularly the small mines and trials are fast disappearing.
