For several years I have been privileged to be a crew member of the Ryder lifeboat. Stationed at Looe between 1902 and 1930 she is now berthed in the summer months at Polperro.

The photos show us bringing her into Looe on Friday evening to tie up on little beach to be part of the RNLI open day on Saturday.

Yesterday we took her out around the bay in glorious sunshine.
